Shipping & Return Policy

Before you return a Samuka product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handmade by traditional artisans resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Most of the processes are manual; hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not counted as a defect.

 

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at shopsamuka@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

 

NOTE

  • Shipping time: Ready to ship orders take 7-10 working days to reach you. Made to order packages take 15 -20 working days to reach you. 
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds; we accept returns against exchange or store credit valid for 12 months.
  • Exchange Eligibility: The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 3 days after delivery and is in perfect condition with no damage, stains, or marks. The Samuka team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
  • Return/Exchange is only applicable once and with products of equal price value or more.
  • No returns or exchanges for discounted/sale products.
  • Shipping charges ( 150 ) is non - refundable.
  • In case of exchange, customers are required to pay a ₹250 exchange fee for us to book the reverse pickup and send the exchanged piece.
  • Return Procedure: Parcels sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
  • Cancellation Policy: We do not offer cancellation after an order is placed.
